Montana STEM Ecosystem Statewide Call - Ecosystem Overview

spectrUM will host a public “gallery opening” style show on May 3 from 5-7 pm which will feature the climate art installation created by Big Sky High School 10th graders.

During this online workshop hear from partners engaging audiences of all ages in Earth and climate science through activities that take a closer look at the scientific and societal impacts of wildfires.

spectrUM and partners will have wildfire and climate-related activities and content from 3-5pm on April 25 for the public to learn and enjoy.

spectrUM Discovery Area will house an art and poetry installation on climate change and climate resilience from April 15 - May 13.

The spectrUM Discovery Bench will facilitate wildfire science hands-on activities daily from April 9 - April 13.

The SF Cyberinfrastructure (CI) Team has scheduled an initial data lake training session for SF researchers, to take place on Tuesday, April 9th, 11:00am – 1:00pm MDT. 

The ASEE Pacific Northwest Section Annual Meeting will be held March 27-29, 2024 at Montana State University

Riley Logan, a CREWS Ph.D. student, will defend their dissertation on Thursday, March 21st at 9 a.m. MT.
