Project Overview
The overarching goal of this cyberinfrastructure project is to extend the reach and capability of the Montana University System’s (MUS) newly activated owned-fiber network, the Montana Northern Tier Network (MT-NTN), to three strategic locations. This new infrastructure will improve the connectivity and access for a university in the MUS, two community colleges and one tribal college, and will provide access for all researchers within the region to an enterprise class computation and data storage facility being created by the State of Montana.
