The Montana NSF ESPCoR Office and the CREWS Management Team are preparing for the Year 4 All Hands Meeting scheduled for September 7th and 8th. This year’s meetings will be held in person at the Forge Hotel in Anaconda, Montana. We have designed this as a working meeting focused on project-wide integration, and we strongly encourage attendance from all faculty, EOD and technical staff, postdocs, and students directly supported by CREWS. Attached to this email is a tentative agenda for this year’s meeting. We need everyone who plans to attend to register by Friday, August 5. Team leads please forward this information to everyone in your group who will attend so that they can register. Registration is required to receive travel reimbursement. Registration Link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/336609667577 During registration you will be asked for the following:

MT EPSCoR will support travel and lodging for the All Hands Meeting. We will book rooms for attendees at the conference hotel. Please contact the EPSCoR Office with any questions on this – not the Forge Hotel. Students should plan on two people to a shared room. Lunches are provided during the meeting. Please reach out to Andrew Hauer, email below, if you have any specific food restrictions we should be aware of. The Forge Hotel has a complimentary breakfast available, coffee and pastries will be available. Questions should be sent to Andrew Hauer, andrew.hauer@umontana.edu.
